This is a very beautiful and attractive variety of Anthurium. The tender Spathe is bright red in color and with the age, its color get darkened and become blood red. The Spathe is heart shaped. The Spadix is also yellow or pink color when it is young and with the time, it turns to dark red. Tender leaves are reddish green in color and heart shaped with curved a little upward. There is a high demand for black varieties in the Anthurium market.

This Anthurim variety is having a dark red color Spathe and its specialty is that the color of the spathe does not change much with its age. Shape of the Spathe is heart shape. Its Spadix is having a violet color. Leaves are dark green in color and having a heart shape. This is a very attractive variety.

Princess Amalia is a beautiful and calm variety of Anthurium. The color of the spathe is light pink at its bottom part and towards the tip it is red. Because of this quality, the plant can be easily identified. With the time, this light pink area changes to white. Latter part of its life, the color of Spathe turns in to green and pink. The Spathe is having a heart shape. Tender Spadix is red and with the age, it turns in to dark red and reddish green at the end. The leaves are dark green in color and heart shaped with curved little upward. This is a good variety as a house plant.
